Service scope

Galatea provides the guidance, content, reporting, planning, website work, and managed services listed in the selected plan or written proposal. Work outside that scope requires a separate agreement.

No guaranteed outcomes

Recommendations cannot guarantee search rankings, enrollment, sales, advertising performance, or other business results. Clients remain responsible for decisions, approvals, claims, and legal compliance in their marketing.

Client accounts and third-party costs

Clients should own their domain and external business accounts. Galatea receives only the access needed for the service and removes that access when service ends. Hosting outside the plan, domains, advertising, printing, postage, software, plugins, subscriptions, and other third-party charges are separate unless stated in writing.

Approvals and client materials

Clients are responsible for the accuracy, permissions, and lawful use of submitted business information, images, offers, testimonials, recipient lists, and other materials. Galatea does not publish material requiring approval until that approval is received.

Member celebrations

Celebration benefits require uninterrupted eligible membership. Required materials must be submitted during the stated celebration month, and membership must remain active through production and delivery. Unused benefits have no cash value. Additional pages, copies, printing, postage, and delivery are separate purchases.

Service ending and website continuity

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid service period. Dashboard access, new reports, campaigns, reminders, publishing, and other paid work stop on the final service date. A managed website then receives a 30-day grace period unless security, payment, legal, or client instructions require earlier closure.

Before the grace period ends, the client must choose continued care, purchase a deployment package, or take the website offline. A deployment package is separately priced and does not transfer Galatea's reusable code, systems, templates, prompts, or other pre-existing intellectual property.

Offboarding journal and data

Galatea sends a concise journal of completed work, supported highlights, service history, and reusable approved materials already produced during the service. It does not add new work or a lead-and-contact export. Private operational information is scheduled for deletion after 30 days except records retained for payment, consent, dispute, security, or legal purposes.

Subscriptions

Final checkout will state the billing period, commitment, renewal price, cancellation method, refund rules, and separately purchased services before payment.
