Separate choices
Agreeing to create an account or Starter Snapshot will not automatically enroll someone in promotional email. Marketing consent will be a separate optional choice.
Customer responsibilities
Customers using Galatea automation must have an appropriate basis for contacting every lead, use accurate sender information, and avoid purchased lists or deceptive messages.
Unsubscribe and pauses
Promotional messages will include an unsubscribe method. Galatea will pause affected sending after unsubscribe, disconnection, exhausted allowances, or unusual delivery activity.
